Usha Yarns Receives LMA–Hari Chand Award 2024 for ESG Excellence
The Ludhiana Management Association (LMA), in collaboration with the All India Management Association (AIMA), hosted its 47th Annual Award Function at Radisson Blu, Ludhiana, on 13 December 2025, recognising leadership and responsible business practices across industries.
The ceremony was graced by Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, Hon’ble Governor of Punjab and Administrator of UT Chandigarh, as the Chief Guest, and Mr. Sanjeev Arora, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister, Punjab, as the Guest of Honour.
At the event, Mr. Anurag Gupta, Managing Director, Usha Yarns, was conferred with the LMA–Hari Chand Award for Excellence in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) – 2024. The award recognises Usha Yarns’ ongoing efforts in responsible manufacturing,
circular textile solutions, and ethical governance practices. Sustainability and responsible operations have long been integral to Usha Yarns’ approach to business. The company continues to focus on resource efficiency, environmentally conscious processes, safe and fair workplace practices, and transparent governance, with the objective of building long-term value for customers, employees, and partners.
